Our service includes: an initial consultation to get introduced to the mediation process, a roadmap of what session(s) will take place and what information will be needed, informal meetings where questions are welcome and creative problem solving is the goal, and all the agreed matters drafted into a professional contract (ready to be presented to a court, if needed or desired).
